FAQs
Things people ask.
The questions we get most from B2B founders before they decide to build a content function with us. If yours isn't here, tell us — we'll add it.
Short version: we run founder-led and employee-generated content end-to-end for B2B teams. We extract the thinking through interviews and Slack, write and edit in your voice, publish on the channels your buyers use, handle engagement, and report on what moved pipeline. You spend roughly 30 minutes a week and keep ownership of everything we build. Pricing is per seat and public on the pricing page.
Invisible Keyboard is a done-for-you content team for B2B founders and founding teams. We help founders, marketers, GTM teams, growth leaders, heads of content, and executive teams turn internal expertise into trusted LinkedIn content, research, playbooks, case studies, and qualified conversations. We are not just a ghostwriting agency or AI writing tool. We run the system: strategy, idea capture, founder voice, writing, creative, publishing, distribution, engagement, and reporting. The founder reviews the final 10%; IK handles the other 90%. See how we compare with ghostwriters, AI tools and agencies.
How long is an engagement?
Most partnerships start with a 3-month commitment so we have time to capture your voice, ship consistently, and see real traction. After that, we continue month-to-month with a 30-day notice on either side. Founders typically stay with us for 12+ months once the system is dialed in.
Do you write in my voice?
Yes. Voice capture is the entire product. Onboarding is a structured 2-week sprint of interviews, voice memos, LinkedIn archive review, and calibration drafts. Every cycle after that includes a lightweight refinement loop so your voice sharpens instead of drifting toward generic AI output.
Who owns the content?
You do — fully and forever. Every draft, hook library, content pillar map, and interview transcript belongs to you. If we ever stop working together, you keep the whole system and can hand it to an in-house writer with zero friction.
How much of my time do you need?
About 30 minutes per week on average. That's one 20-minute async voice memo or interview, plus quick approvals on drafts. We built the workflow specifically so founder attention is the scarce resource we protect, not consume.
What channels do you cover?
LinkedIn is the anchor for every engagement — it's where B2B founders compound authority fastest. From there we extend into X (Twitter), Substack or newsletters, podcast prep and repurposing, and earned PR placements when the story warrants it.
How is this different from a ghostwriter or a marketing agency?
A solo ghostwriter is one person's bandwidth and taste. A generalist agency spreads across paid, SEO, events, and content — founder LinkedIn is a side dish. We do one thing: build the founder content function for B2B founders, with an operator, writer, editor, and voice lead on every account.
What happens in the first 30 days?
Week 1: onboarding, voice capture, content pillars. Week 2: first drafts, calibration, approval workflow. Weeks 3–4: publishing cadence live, first hooks tested, first analytics review. Most founders see their first breakout post (10k+ impressions) within the first 3–4 weeks.
Can you work with our whole leadership team, not just the CEO?
Yes — and it's how the sharpest B2B teams operate in 2026. We manage CEO, CTO, Head of Product, and Head of GTM voices as one coordinated system, so the company shows up in feeds from four angles instead of one. Bundle pricing kicks in at 2+ people.
How do you measure results?
We track inbound (qualified DMs, warm intros, pipeline sourced from LinkedIn), audience quality (ICP followers, not vanity), and content velocity (posts shipped vs. planned). We share a monthly report and a quarterly business review tied to your pipeline, not just impressions.
Do you use AI?
As a tool, never as a replacement. We use AI for research synthesis, transcript cleanup, and format testing — but every published post is written by a human writer trained on your voice. If it can be generated by ChatGPT in 30 seconds, it doesn't leave our editor.
What if we're not sure LinkedIn is right for us?
Take the 30-second quiz on the homepage — it'll tell you honestly whether founder content is worth the investment for your stage and category. If it's not the right fit, we'll say so and point you elsewhere.
