Tell us about your company.
We work with B2B founders and leadership teams who want a content function that runs every week without eating their calendar — usually post product-market fit, selling to a definable ICP, with something genuinely worth saying. Send a few lines about your company, your stage, and what you'd want people to associate you with. You'll hear back within one business day, from a person.
Already know the scope? Build an estimate on the pricing page before you write — it takes about a minute and means the first call starts from numbers instead of guesses.

What happens next
01
We read every message.
Not a form-response bot, not a rotating SDR. Daniela reads every inbound within one business day, and either replies directly or loops in the right person on our side.
02
A 20-minute fit call.
If we look like a plausible match, we book a short call to understand your ICP, stage, and content history. No slide decks — just a real conversation about what you're trying to build.
03
A scoped proposal.
Within 48 hours of the fit call, you get a one-page scope: people covered, cadence, deliverables, and price. No pressure to sign — most founders think about it for a week or two.
04
Onboarding in 2 weeks.
Once we're a go, voice capture, content pillars, and the first calibration drafts happen inside a two-week onboarding sprint. Publishing cadence goes live in week 3.

Read the research
Our reports on founder-led content and what nine B2B companies actually publish.
What we can help with
- Ongoing founder or executive content programs on LinkedIn and email.
- Multi-voice programs across a leadership or sales team.
- One-off research reports and whitepapers built on your own data.
- Network and audience research before you invest in publishing.
- Second opinions on a content plan you already have — we will tell you if it is fine as it is.
Other ways to reach us
- Email works for anything detailed — scope, timelines, or a specific brief.
- LinkedIn is fine for a quick question; a reply usually comes the same day.
- Press and podcast requests: mention the outlet and the deadline in the first message.
- Existing clients: use your Slack channel rather than this form, it is faster.
Working hours and response times
We work European and US business hours and reply to new enquiries within one working day, usually sooner. Client Slack channels are staffed every weekday. Weekends we are slower, and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
What happens after you get in touch
Messages come to Daniela directly, and you will normally hear back within one working day. The first reply is a short set of questions, not a calendar link: who would be publishing, which channels matter, and what you have tried already. That is usually enough to say whether we are the right fit before anyone books a meeting.
If it looks like a fit, the next step is a thirty-minute call. If it does not, we will say so and point you at the option that suits you better — a freelancer, an in-house hire, or one of our one-off products.
Things worth including in your message
- Who would be publishing — founder only, or a wider team.
- Which channels matter: LinkedIn, a newsletter, email, or a mix.
- What you have tried before and why it stopped.
- Roughly what budget range you are working with.
- Any deadline, such as a launch, a raise, or a hiring push.
Prefer to see numbers first?
The pricing builder shows the monthly cost for your exact combination of people, channels, and cadence, and will email you the full scope so you can circulate it internally before speaking to anyone. Most people arrive at a first call having already done that.
